Our products
Wiggle3D creates and sells 3D printed products. Due to the nature of 3D printing, products may have small variations in colour, texture, layer lines and finish. Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.
We make every reasonable effort to ensure product descriptions, photographs and prices are accurate.
Orders
When you place an order, you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide, including your delivery address and any personalisation details, is accurate.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where necessary, for example if a product is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing error, or we are unable to fulfil the order. If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, we will issue an appropriate refund.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£). The total price payable, including any applicable delivery charges, will be shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed.
Personalised and custom-made products
Where you order a personalised or custom-made product, you are responsible for checking that any names, wording, colours or other details you provide are correct.

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the timescales shown on our website. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
